5. Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times vary based on location. Estimated delivery time will be communicated at checkout.
• HerbVibe is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refund Policy

• Customers have the right to return products within 7 days of receipt in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.
• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
