Thank you for shopping with HerbVibe. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return products and request a refund in compliance with South African law.

1. Cooling-Off Period

In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 7 (seven) business days of receiving your order, without reason or penalty.

To qualify for a return under this provision:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us in writing at official.herbvibe@gmail.com within the 7-day period.

2. Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and sealed (for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned).
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided.

HerbVibe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Timeframe for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must reach us within 14 days after you notify us of your intention to return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
  • Items bought on clearance or marked as non-returnable.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product shipped or damaged goods on delivery).
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.

6. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
