1. Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Local (South Africa): Standard delivery takes up to 72 hours after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within South Africa.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fee: R100 per order.
  • Free shipping may apply to orders over a specified amount (e.g., Free shipping for orders above R1000).
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Method

We use trusted courier partners for all deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Instructions on how to track your parcel.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • HerbVibe will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Courier or logistical delays beyond our control
  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

We will notify you promptly if a significant delay occurs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • HerbVibe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in locating it with the courier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officail.herbvibe@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
