Thank you for shopping with HerbVibe. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Local (South Africa): Standard delivery takes up to 72 hours after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 5 business days.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
3. Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping fee: R100 per order.
- Free shipping may apply to orders over a specified amount (e.g., Free shipping for orders above R1000).
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Method
We use trusted courier partners for all deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Instructions on how to track your parcel.
5. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- HerbVibe will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes during peak seasons
- Courier or logistical delays beyond our control
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
We will notify you promptly if a significant delay occurs.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- HerbVibe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
- If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in locating it with the courier.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at officail.herbvibe@gmail.com to arrange a replacement or refund.
